MHCLG is responsible for Government policy relating to housing, planning and building, local growth, local government, integration and community cohesion. Its job is to create great places to live and work right across the country. It is a ministerial department, supported by 13 agencies and public bodies. Contract to review and collate an environmental and social evidence base to support the sustainability appraisal and spatial framework for the Oxford-Cambridge Arc.
