Notice Description
East Suffolk Council is excited to be inviting bidders for this Creative Hub Needs Assessment project. We are seeking to commission an experienced consultant to work with us to produce a Needs Assessment and Creative Hub Feasibility report. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
