The Department is seeking to undertake research on the relationship between data-intensive innovation and emerging technologies and the UK's data regime, including the application of the UK's data protection and data rights regime. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
