Cumberland Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Framework Partner to work with the Council and provide all services required to progress this project following the RIBA Plan of Work, stages 3-7. The project involves capital investment to deliver a new fit for purpose children's residential care home to replace the existing Children's Home at 30 Overend Road, Whitehaven.
