Summary of the contracting process

The IRN framework in place for residential care services opens once a year to allow for new suppliers to join the framework. (This project is being run simultaneously with 0916 IRN Refresh 2021 Existing Suppliers which allows existing suppliers to submit revised pricing once a year.)
