Non-Emergency Passenger Transport Services for patients registered with Norfolk Clinical Commissioning Groups (excluding NHS Great Yarmouth and Waveney CCG). The service to include call handling. There will also be a requirement for specialist mental health patient transport. This notice is to advise potential bidders of a market engagement event to take place on the afternoon of 21.11.2018 at The Chapman Room, Hethel Innovation, Hethel Engineering Centre, Norwich NR14 8FB. Details of how to request a place at this event are given below Further detail on the proposed service budgets will be provided at a later stage during the procurement process. The market engagement event will give providers: - an overview of service to be provided, - provide details of the contract type, funding, length and particular conditions, - explain the procurement process and the anticipated timelines, - an opportunity to review the draft specification. Bidders are asked to email the following details to agcsu.southprocurement@nhs.net to register for the event by no later than 5pm 19.11.18, * Name of delegate(s); * Job title of delegate(s); * Organisation details, including address; * Delegate email address(es) and telephone number(s).
