The BFI requires an occupational health provider to deliver a comprehensive occupational health service to the organisation. This is expected to be a combination of remote referrals and consultations along with on-site face to face support for more complex cases. This further competition was only open to suppliers awarded to the ESPO Framework Agreement Lot 1 - General Occupational Health Services of ESPO's Occupational Health Services Framework (ESPO framework reference 985_19).
