Notice Description
Please find attached documents relating to the procurement for ARU (Health, Education, Medicine and Social Care) Student Uniforms. Please note the closing date for your Selection Questionnaire submission(s) is 12 noon on 8th February 2022. Please do not complete the Invitation to tender (ITT) documentation at this stage. You will be informed in due course whether you have progressed to the ITT stage. Bidders must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received by the Bidder and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20220105_HEMS Uniform SQ Bidders are reminded that large electronic files may take time to upload to In-Tend. Bidders must allow sufficient time to fully transmit all files they wish to submit prior to the published closing time. Please see paragraph 1.13 of the Selection Questionnaire document for further information. End date for Contract Finder is for information only. Delivery Notes ARU are looking for a provider to supply nursing uniforms for our Nurse, Midwives, Operating Department Practice, Occupational Therapy and Physiotherapy Students. The faculty of Health, Education, Medicine and Social Care (HEMS) is the largest provider of Nursing, Midwifery, Health and Social Care in England. Our nursing and midwifery students are required to wear a uniform as part of their professional studies whilst on campus and in practice whilst our Operating Department Practice (ODP) students are required to wear scrubs. Additionally, our Physiotherapy and Occupational Therapist students require polo shirts. All tunics, scrubs and polo shirts issued should carry official ARU branding (logo).
