Expressions of Interest for Care & Support - Supported Living
Notice Description
Dear Providers, It is the Council's intention to enter into a contract with a provider who can support a young person to live independently in the community. The provider will also need to be able to source and procure a property and offer support with tenancy management. Property and Premises information: * To source a suitable property in Telford area, which can include the appropriate equipment and assistive technology Customer Profile (1) - Male, *Autism, Learning Disability, Challenging Behaviour, Anxiety Management, ADHD, Self Harm Please email your expressions of interest (EOI) to adults.brokerage@telford.gov.uk by no later than 1700 hours on Friday 23rd February.
