CSI/PH/Community Conflict Resolution 2023
Notice Description
Bristol City Council are seeking expression of interests for the provision of Community Conflict Resolution service. Bristol City Council wants the service provider, to be in a position to train and support citizens to have skills and knowledge to resolve low level conflict using a restorative approach and or a non-violent communication process. From the information taken from the previous Neighbourhood Conflict Resolution Needs Assessment and Equalities Impact Assessment, the Council is keen to procure a community based service provider in restorative approaches and restorative practices in reducing conflict between council tenants and local community conflict caused by Bristol City Council tenants. Please complete and upload the EOI form within ProContract. BCC are carrying out this tender in line with the "Reserving Below Threshold Procurements" Procurement Policy Note (PPN) (December 2020) [20210923 - PPN 11/20 Reserving Below Threshold Procurements.docx (publishing.service.gov.uk)]. In line with this PPN, BCC will be reserving this contract by: - Supplier Location (Bristol, BS1 - BS16) - Where the supplier is based or established in a particular location and has substantive business operations in that location. In this context, this means having a registered office, factory or other permanent base in the BS1 - BS16 postcodes from which meaningful business operations have been conducted for at least 12 months. (please see further information in appendix 1) and - For Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) / Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprises (VCSEs) (please see appendix 1 for definitions).
