NOTE: This notice was updated on 19 October 2017 for the following reason: Extension of DeadlineChelmsford City Council and the 'No Borders' Partnership seeks to appoint a consultant to develop an evaluation framework that will meet the following requirements: 1.Lead on the evaluation of the delivery phase of Chelmsford Museum's HLF-funded Chelmsford City-Centred project, which aims to revitalise the Museum and integrate its programming with the surrounding Park. 2.Develop a framework for staff at Chelmsford, Epping Forest District and Lowewood Museums to use for future evaluation for both internal review and to meet the requirements of external funders for use with a range of project activity types including; exhibitions, education sessions, events, digital and capital projects. 3.Train staff at all three museums on how to deliver certain evaluation methods. The Council aim to have a consultant on board from November 2017 through to end January 2021.
