Ability for meeting participants to work offline or online 7. Very easy to use interface for meeting participants and organisers 8. Manage attendance RSVP data. Time limits against each agenda item 9. Read, annotate, highlight and draw on documents electronically 10. Tasks and To Do lists both personal and attached to meetings 11. In meetings voting for capturing formal decisions12. Notes sharing between all or selected meeting attendees.
