Prosperity - South East Asia Low Carbon Programme Invitation to Supplier Day
Notice Description
The South East Asia (SEA) Prosperity Fund Programme Team is inviting you to participate to the SEA Low Carbon Energy Programme Supplier Day on 21 March 2018 (Wednesday) from 1600H to 1900H SGT at the British High Commission Singapore, 100 Tanglin Road 247919. All successful bidders under the Prosperity Fund (PF) Framework are highly encouraged to participate as well as suppliers interested to become subcontractors through partnering with lead implementers. This market engagement aims to: - Engage and facilitate networking between potential lead implementers identified in the PF Framework and suppliers interested to become subcontractors; - Provide Programme overview, draft statement of requirements (SoRs), and procurement timeline; - Allow attendees to provide views on the programme design through breakout session/s. The Head of SEA Prosperity Fund Programmes, Jane Ellaway, and the Head of SEA Climate Change and Energy Network, Camilla Fenning, will be facilitating the event. Agenda is as follows: - Welcome and Introduction to the UK Prosperity Fund - Overview of the SEA Programmes - SEA Low Carbon Energy Programme Overview, draft SoRs, procurement timeline - Breakout session/s and Q&A - Networking The SEA Programme Team strongly encourages having a representative from your company to attend the activity and you may consider sending one from your regional or local office. In the event that physical attendance is not possible, we will provide an alternative option to participate remotely. Please confirm your attendance by sending a message, including questions, to Prosperity.Fund@fco.gov.uk by 16 March 2018 (Friday), 1500H SGT. In responding, please include the following information: - We are confirming our attendance to the Supplier Day in Singapore and our attendee/s will be (kindly provide name/s, designation/s and contact details).
