The Kent & Medway Clinical Commissioning Groups are holding a market engagement event on Tuesday 12th December 2017 at the Village Hotel, Castle View, Forstal Rd, Maidstone ME14 3AQ from 14:00 to 16:30. The CCGs are developing their Integrated Urgent Care Service (IUCS) Contract(s) to commence 1st April 2019. Kent & Medway Clinical Commissioning Groups are looking to re-procure a 111 Telephony/Clinical Assessment Service and a Face-to-Face Service and this market engagement opportunity is to provide an overview of the forthcoming process and give potential bidders a clear understanding of the high level expectations of what Commissioners wish to commission. The Procurement will be divided into four (4) lots: - Lot 1 - 111/Clinical Assessment Service - Lot 2 - Face to face Services in Dartford, Gravesham and Swanley - Lot 3 - Face to face services in Swale - Lot 4 - Face to face services in Medway We are looking to ascertain which lots potential providers may be interested in bidding for, and which parties are interested in taking part in this market engagement event. We therefore ask for completion of the short market engagement questionnaire contained within pqq_450 - Market Engagement Exercise for the Provision of Integrated Urgent Care Services for Kent & Medway CCGs. Further information is detailed within the Briefing document which will be available as an attachment in Bravo. The subsequent formal procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when it is published.
