Pre-Qualification Questionnaire for FCDO, King Charles Street Quad Landscape Architect Design Support

Notice Description

The Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) is seeking expressions of interest from experienced Contractors capable of providing RIBA Stage 02 and detailed Landscape Architect design services. The FCDO would also like applicants to undertake stakeholder engagement, including presenting to Historic England (HE), Westminster City Council (WCC), and Senior FCDO representatives, provide support for all necessary planning and listed building consent applications, and undertake monitoring and quality assurance throughout the construction of maintenance and improvement works to the King Charles Street (KCS) Quad. Submissions from subcontractors or suppliers for part of the works will not be considered. Additional information: Recipients are invited to submit a bid, together with any requested supporting information, to the Client by the due date for return (12:00hrs (BST) 21st April 2021). Potential Providers are required to submit their SQ via the Client's e-Procurement portal only. Instructions for accessing the SQ can be found in the attached document.
