SAP IMPROVEMENT PROGRAMME
Notice Description
To help overcome the challenges we face in mobilising the SAP Improvement Programme given the number of workstream inter-dependencies, internal capacity issues and the significant risks that are associated with this programme this work must deliver the planning and mobilisation of the SAP Improvement Programme. The key task is the development of a detailed project plan for all stakeholders including dependencies clearly identified and planned. This will require: (a) Careful mitigation planning and identification of the resources to be mobilised at the appropriate points. (b) Focus on the coordination of the detailed planning by bringing rigour and structure to establishing programme activities, milestones and dependencies, bringing this together to develop an overall programme plan. Develop in conjunction with the PMO team the appropriate governance processes, measurable performance metrics and put in place a practical benefits realisation approach. Knowledge transfer complete at the end of the project. Contract awarded following direct award through framework ESPO Framework Agreement Consultancy Services 664_21.
