Notice Title

NHS Medway CCG Community Services - Engagement Event

Notice Description

NHS Medway Clinical Commissioning Group ('the CCG') is transforming the way in which community services are delivered. The CCG has carried out several engagement events for adult community services including a whole system event where the proposed model was stress tested. An early market event was held in January to share the early model and as part of that it was agreed to hold a networking event with those providers and the community and voluntary sector to facilitate opportunity for all providers to network and discuss future collaboration. The CCG is would like to invite all interested Providers to this event. The purpose of the event is to enable different Providers to meet and begin developing potential partnerships to deliver adult community services in the future. The proposed agenda that is intended to operate in an interactive, workshop style will include: * An overview of the CCG's vision for community services in Medway * An update on the revised model and current indicative timeline for procurement * An opportunity for providers to share thoughts and ideas for how this new approach to community services can best be delivered and enhanced by collaboratively working with the community and voluntary sector to meet the needs of the local population A key objective for this event is to provide an opportunity for networking across all providers so interested Providers are encouraged to attend. The event will take place: Date: Thursday 13th September 2018 Time: 9:30am for 10am start Location: Dalley Suite, Avenue Tennis, Featherby Road, Gillingham ME8 6AN To register to attend, please complete the attached registration form and email to alice.donovan-hart@nhs.net by Friday 7 September 2018.
