The tool should support practitioners in tracking the progress and status of their Change Initiatives, facilitating governance, including escalations, while allowing them to update once for reporting in multiple formats. Insofar as possible, we are looking to automate reporting, document creation, and status updates. The aim is to reduce inefficiencies and inconsistencies due to manual processes.
