Notice Description
Highways England is looking for a consultant to undertake a detailed review of the condition indicators used for their structures assets and critically examine the metrics which support the indicators. Following on from this review additional or revised measures and metrics may need to be developed to enable good Asset Management Practice to be readily performed.
