1 x Assistant Resourcing Specialist (ARS) Rate of Pay: PS11.02 per hour (PAYE) Hours: 37 hours per week Location: Working from Home/Sandwell Council House, Oldbury Start Date: ASAP Contract type: Agency Job Description and Personnel Specification are attached, which also provides more information above the role. Brief description: We're looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and creative person to join our professional, high-performing Resourcing team for up to 3 months. As an Assistant Resourcing Specialist, you'll play a key role in supporting the full range of Resourcing activities. You will cover aspects of recruitment such as advertising roles on relevant jobs boards, processing clearances and on-boarding, you'll be helping to deliver a fast paced and varied service across the council. You must have experience of working within a busy administrative environment and you must be able to show how you deliver excellent customer service. You will need to: * Have an administrative background * Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to be an effective HR professional * Show willingness to learn * Have an NVQ Level 2 or equivalent * Excellent knowledge of ICT packages This role is 37 hours working from home but may be a requirement to work from Sandwell Council House occasionally. Please can the agencies send over a CV, 2x up to date references and a copy of Terms and Conditions. You will also need to include your agency on cost details to each submission. Stated rates must be inclusive of all known costs. This role falls inside of IR35 No DBS is required for this role.
