The Combined Authority is seeking to appoint a NEC4 accredited Project Manager/QS and NEC4 accredited Supervisor. The NEC Project Manager and Supervisor will be required to work in a collaborative partnership with the Client (CA), Contractor (Balfour Beatty), Bradford Council (landowner) and all other key stakeholders.
