Bristol City Council wish to appoint a planning consultant to provide professional services across three Modular Methods of Construction Innovate UK projects. Primary services involve Town Planning Consultancy Services in the development of planning strategy, consultation with the Council's Planning Teams, planning pre-application processes and planning Application Submission (including preparation of the EIA). Services post Planning award include managing the discharge of planning conditions with the team.
