Notice Description

The Ministry of Justice (MoJ), operating on behalf of its agency HM Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) intends to tender the requirement for Light Catering Equipment. This Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to advise prospective providers of the intention to go out to procurement but the main purpose of the PIN is to assess the level of interest in this requirement. Light Catering Equipment are critical items in a prison kitchen. These types of items assist with food preparation, service and storage. This requirement covers the entire prison estate throughout England and Wales. Due to the critical nature of Light Catering Equipment products the contract is likely to contain performance measures.
