Notice Title

Orinoco 365 Implementation, Licensing & On-Going Support

Notice Description

BTP seeks for Microsoft Partner supplier to provide a solution for governance and document lifecycle management within Microsoft M365, including Teams and SharePoint site provisioning and content labelling. Solution to include training and support. Solution provides compliance with the National Enabling Programme (NEP) design, by adding control over the creation of Teams and M365 groups. This will provide the tools to prevent the continued build-up of unmanaged files which presents an Information Management risk to the organisation. Additionally, the solution will provide a baseline for the continuous improvement of the information governance, and information management compliance through enabling organisation-wide document controls such as retention labels and content metadata. Over the lifetime of the product, this enables the reduction of the information management risk associated with uncontrolled data, for example GDPR, FOI and policing-specific compliance.
