Wycombe District Council is looking to appoint Commercial Agents to manage 3 sites/property with the district. The sites are currently let and services will include, but are not limited to; rent collection, general tenancy supervision, operation of service charges, and advice. All to be undertaken in accordance with RICS codes of practice. Prospective tenderers should be RICS members (or equivalent). Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
