Notice Description

Doncaster Borough Council ("the council") invites tenders to submit bids for adult social care education and training opportunities to provide the local Adult Social Care workforce with the requisite skills, knowledge and competence to deliver high quality care and support. The tender will be put out in 8 'lots', specifically: * Lot 1 - Safeguarding, Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards / Liberty Protection Safeguards * Lot 2 - Autism and Learning Disabilities * Lot 3 - Dementia and Mental Health * Lot 4 - Social Care Practical Skills * Lot 5 - End of Life * Lot 6 - Long Term and Neurological Conditions * Lot 7 - Social Work Specialist Practice Skills * Lot 8 - Leadership . The council is looking to contract with The Council will consider each 'lot' listed above individually. Therefore it is possible for one provider to win multiple or all lots. It is anticipated that the contract will commence on 1 April 2022 and run for a period of 3 years or until 31 March 2025. There is also an option to extend the contract by a further 24 months at the sole discretion of the council.
