NOTE: This notice was updated on 25 April 2018 for the following reason: Notice withdrawn as no bids submittedIt is anticipated that the examination will take a form of written representations, which will take approximately 4 to 6 days to complete. If the examination requires a public hearing, this may take approximately 9 to 11 days. It is estimated that the examiner will deliver a draft report end of March 2018. It is proposed that payments for the contract will be based on submission of the Report. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement. The documents for this opportunity are available on https://www.delta-esourcing.com and you must register on this site to respond. Suppliers must log in and add the Tender Access Code J2MTM2QW82 following any instructions provided. Please ensure that you allow yourself at least 2 hours when responding to this invite prior to the closing date and time, especially if you have been asked to upload documents.
