Notice Description

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking tenders for the provision of money transmission banking services. Local Government Re-organisation has taken place in the County of Buckinghamshire, which resulted in the new Buckinghamshire Council on 1 April 2020 replacing the former district councils (Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks, Wycombe) and the former Buckinghamshire County Council. The banking arrangements maintained by the former councils are currently provided by a range of different banks and these arrangements will continue until the new banking contract for Buckinghamshire Council is implemented. The new banking contract will include all the following aspects of Buckinghamshire Council: Main Payment and Receipts, Payroll, Pensions, Schools, Revenue and Benefits. The contract start date is 1st April 2021. The contract term is 5 years with the option to extend for 2 years. If your organisation wishes to participate in this process, you need to register with the Buckinghamshire Business Portal. You will be unable to take part if you do not register.
