DBC (SF) Housing Benefit Resilience Service
Notice Description
Dacorum Borough Council is tendering for a Housing Benefit Resilience Service. This contract will require on-demand processing of Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support claims. The Service must have sufficient resources in place to process claims in a timely and accurate manner and will complement the remaining permanent establishment requiring between 2 and 4 FTE across each year of the contract as demand requires it. TUPE may apply. To access tender documents you will need to register at www.supplyhertfordshire.uk (if not already registered) and then you will be able to download tender documents of the project you are interested in and send enquiries via the correspondence function of the portal.(Contact the Intend helpline if you have any difficulty in registering on 0114 407 0065) Please submit your completed tender document via the Council's e-tendering portal no later than 12 noon 3 October 2018. Any tender submitted either manually or by email will not be accepted.
