Notice Description

Scope of works include: 1. Installation of Electrical and Mechanical works, and new Suspended Ceilings throughout. 2. Strip- out existing boiler replace with new efficient heat source to provide, install new efficient radiators, the complete system to have zone controls for heating and be fully designed by the contractor. 3. There will be some alterations to the cold feed required to the toilets and wash hand basins. 4. Contractor to design, supply and install Electrical works to include for new Mains Consumer Unit extend power to all floors and Install a new Fire Alarm System to all floors. Also to supply and install internal and external lighting throughout as per design scheme within the Tender documents. 5. Supply and Install Suspended Ceilings throughout the premises to all floors, this to be carried out in conjunction to the 'electrical installation' works. The Council advises all potential suppliers to fully acquaint themselves with the site conditions and scope of the works required. Please note the procurement and project key timescales and deadlines that you will be expected to fully observe: Stage Target Date 1. Publish on Contracts Finder - 8th June 2018 2. Tender documents available on request by email - 8th June 2018 3. Site Visits (upon request) - Between 11th June to 15th June 2018 4. Deadline for clarification questions by Bidders(Clarification Deadline) - 29th June 2018 5. Council to respond to clarification questions - 13th July 2018 6. Deadline for submission of ITT Responses by potential suppliers (Tender Response Deadline) - 1700 hours on 23rd July 2018 7. Evaluation Week commencing - 30th July 2018 8.
