In advance of any potential Tendering exercise St Helens Council wants to engage with the market and understand the capability and capacity of Providers in being able to deliver an Integrated Wellbeing Service. The proposed Integrated Wellbeing Service will need to address the requirements as described in the Background Information document. The Integrated Wellbeing service would require integration of the following: 1. Smoking cessation Service (all age) 2. Specialist Weight Management Service (all age) 3. Healthy Living Services which includes the following: - Health Trainers - Exercise Referral - Breastfeeding - Infant Feeding - Mental Wellbeing - Oral Health - Community Activity & Health Walks - Fit 4 All (Community & Schools) - Food Workers - Volunteering - Long Term Conditions programme Providers are invited to visit www.The-Chest.org select current opportunities, then select St Helens council reference DN361459 for further information
