Notice Description

The People and Organisational Effectiveness directorate wish procure the services of a consultancy firm for a period of up to two months (eight calendar weeks: two to three weeks of meetings, two weeks of follow up conversations and group work where required and a week to write follow up report with a small number of case studies on recent joiners and at least two meetings with the Executive Director and their business manager) to work across the People and Organisational Development team (POD, circa 30 staff). POD is part of a newly formed directorate People and Organisational Effectiveness (October 2020). Additional information: For an opportunity to submit a tender bid, please register with our free tendering portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/nmc. You will need to complete a short form to register, providing company details, categories you can provide goods or services for, and user details including an email address that will be used as your login details.
