Notice Title
Advice, Information & Guidance between Primary and Secondary Care
Notice Description
This is a Request for Information (RFI) published on behalf of NHS North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG). With this RFI North East Essex CCG is seeking to learn the level of possible interest from organisations in relation to the provision of an electronic solution to coordinate advice, information and guidance between GP practices and consultants within secondary care. The outcome of the service will be to avoid hospital admissions / out-patient referrals onto secondary care services where possible with access and support from appropriate advice, information and guidance. The same information will be gathered from different organisations to inform our service model and future procurement plan. The CCG is seeking to commission a high quality, timely and accessible service to NHS patients that will focus on patient outcomes in line with NICE guidelines. The successful organisation will provide a digital solution in a range of formats (telephone, video etc) to receive real-time requests from GPs for advice, information and guidance and will provide a suitable pathway into appropriate clinical services to support GPs to achieve the outcomes set out above. The process will require there be an audit trail and that monthly reporting details a summary of month and YTD performance. To express an interest in this project and access the RFI documentation and all other information concerning the RFI, please go to the Bravo website at: https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk/web/login.html Click on 'Register here' and follow the on screen instructions. Please note that expressions of interest will not be accepted by any means other than through the Bravo e-tendering system. The closing date for submitting completed RFIs is 12:00 on 23rd March 2020. Disclaimer: This RFI is intended only to elicit information. Responders to this RFI should note that no concessions, contracts or other arrangements will be awarded pursuant to this RFI. Responding, or not responding, to this RFI will neither increase nor decrease any provider's chances of being awarded a contract from any subsequent Invitation to Tender process. The CCGs shall not be responsible for any costs or expenses incurred by respondents to this RFI in preparing and / or submitting such responses.
