Contract Summary
***** THIS IS AN AWARD NOTICE, NOT A CALL FOR COMPETITION ***** This procurement is being concluded following a 3-Quote process. Brief Description of Requirement Amongst other services, Acas offers a portfolio of training products with a variety of delivery methods. Part of this is our elearning product offer which is the focus of this project. As part of a recent external product review, we have onboarded numerous recommendations, which has resulted in the strategic decision to redesign and rebuild our existing elearning product offer. The new offer will consist of 5 modules offered as a package lasting around two and a half hours. 4 of these modules are being tested as a package in this project: contracts and written statements; equality, diversity and inclusion; bullying and harassment; discipline and grievance. Initially we built a prototype module (contracts and written statements) which was user tested and externally audited for accessibility issues. Participant sample We wish to conduct a pilot of the new elearning product offer. The achieved sample should include the following groups: • Those aware of Acas and its services prior to recruitment for testing, both who have and who have not previously completed Acas training including elearning (50% of participants) • Those unaware of, or who have not used, Acas services prior to recruitment for testing (50% of participants). We wish to particularly focus on small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), of between 1 and 249 employees in Great Britain, and these should make up at least 60% of the sample. The project will work closely with our product and development teams.
