The CCG is seeking to appoint an organisation to undertake Building Condition Surveys across its area. The outcome of this will form the fundamentals for the CCG Estate Strategy. To feed into the Estate Strategy, the CCG requires data assessments to be established to understand its business critical potential failure risks over the following 10 years. This is a competitive tender exercise to appoint a single organisation to undertake specific multi-faceted condition and legislative compliance surveys across its provider Estate. The successful organisation will be required to demonstrate compliance with this tender specification document within their submission.
