Notice Description

Brent Council, along with NHS partners, are looking to work with voluntary and community sector partners to recruit and manage 20-40 Health Educators across the borough, to provide training, advice and support to communities across the borough in addressing health inequalities. Extensive support will be provided by the council and NHS partners to train and support the Health Educators, and successful bidders will be expected to work closely with other partners to ensure consistency and high quality and integrity to the support provided. We will be opening up for bids from organisations with a strong connection to the communities that they represent. Bids will be invited in 5 different 'lots' covering 5 different discrete areas of the borough. Organisations may bid for one or multiple lots/areas. Interested providers are invited to attend a provider engagement session to be held on 5th February 2021 The event will provide providers with further information on the services and procurement process. Providers interested in attending the online provider engagement session must book their place by expressing an interest and completing the template using the messaging system of the online portal no later than 9pm 4th February 2021. Providers are asked to limit the number of attendees to no more than 1 representative. This Notice does not constitute a commitment by the Council to undertake any procurement exercise and the Council reserves the right to change its approach. A separate notice will be published if a procurement exercise is undertaken.
