Notice Description

Royal Borough Greenwich is looking for a single supplier to provide the outlined stores service from the RBG site at The Birchmere Centre. The successful tenderer will be required to enter into a contracted out lease agreement. The Contract is initially for a period of four years although RBG reserves the right to extend the Contract on the same terms and conditions for a further period of up to a further four years making a total possible Contract Period of eight years, at an estimated value of PS3,100,00.00 p.a. TUPE will apply, details will be stated in the tender documents Additional information: Tenderers who are interested and wish to participate in this tender exercise are require to register their interest and request for the full Tender pack, by email to procurement@royalgreenwich.gov.uk marked for the attention of Delroy Hurst / William Jabang. Tenders are to note the following key dates: - Final date for expressions of interest 27th April 2017; Final date for receipt of Tenderer's' Questions Noon 01st May 2017; -and Final date for receipt of Tenders Noon 04th May 2017.
