Therefore, the new deadline for submissions is the 11.00am 13th November 2023.(The Borough Council of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk is looking to commission a Housing Needs Assessment from professional consultants. The Council wishes to undertake a comprehensive study of housing needs and requirements across the borough of Kings Lynn and West Norfolk.) Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
