Notice Title

Transperineal prostate biopsies - request for Expression of Interest

Notice Description

NNUH are seeking Expressions of Interest from suppliers who are able to assist in the undertaking of transperineal prostate biopsies. Due to current circumstances, there is a need to undertake an increased number of these biopsies, and hence a system which allows this to be done under local anaesthetic rather than general anaesthetic has several advantages to NNUH. NNUH are interested to hear from suppliers who are able to offer a solution for this, and rough estimates of the costs of the products based on carrying out in excess of 250 procedures per year.
