RA313884 - Civility & Respect Programme - 2 year contract
Notice Description
Point of Contract for Clarifications: Emma Wilkins emmawilkins1@nhs.net Requirements Specification To support the cultural change process for the organisation we are looking to source an external facilitator to be able to design, deliver and support the roll out of a Civility and Respect Programme. The programme will start with the Trust Board level and then move to the Senior Leadership Team. This will ensure that the message and strategy is driven from the top of the organisation. We are then looking to have train the trainer sessions with materials and resources for key stakeholders to deliver the programme throughout the organisation. We would like an organisation to work with that will be able to provide, top-down sessions with leaders and nursing leaders at all levels in the organisation and bottom-up sessions utilising FTSU ambassadors; the change team; and other stakeholders. We also recognise this is a whole organisation movement and feel confident that the investment will touch not only our nursing teams but other SaTH colleagues. Over a 2-year programme all levels of the organisation will participate in a training programme, to create awareness and engagement in the Civility and Respect programme. We would like to engage with an organisation that can facilitate this process and work with us to create a train the trainer programme and some stand alone sessions for key stakeholders. - Point of Contract for Clarifications: Emma Wilkins emmawilkins1@nhs.net - To access this competition: login to https://suppliers.multiquote.com and view the opportunity RA313884.
