MIS Replacement system for the Print Unit
Notice Description
The Central Print Unit provides a printing resource and processes requests from various sections of Sandwell MBC, external companies and local members. The orders vary from 1 print request to thousands. The system currently used is 20 + years old and has not been supported for several years. It runs on Vista and is not compatible with the current Windows Operating system & Office 365. No back-ups are taken. There is a requirement to replace this existing system so that it is compliant with the current ICT infrastructure and security. Additional information: The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents. To submit a quotation you will be required to "Opt In". For a Step by Step user guide to the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal please click on the 'Guidance for Suppliers' section of the website. All procurement responses must be carried out via the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal.
