Home Group - Development Architects and Masterplanning Framework

Notice Description

Home Group is seeking to establish a framework of suitably qualified and experienced professionals who can undertake projects comprising new build, conversions and master planning. The schemes may include social rented, shared ownership, shared equity and outright sale units as well as community and commercial buildings. Practices are sought who have experience of new build residential projects and an innovative approach to redevelopment of existing estates. The framework will be divided into 5 lots, 1 covering masterplanning and 4 covering architectural services in our different regions of operation. Additional information: It is Home Group's preference that all prospective bidders utilise our e- tendering portal to download and submit all documentation within the tender. This portal can be found at: www.housingprocurement.com. Prospective bidders must log onto the site and register as a supplier. Instructions and help are available from the home page. Once interest has been registered, Home Group is able to issue the PQQ document to prospective bidders accordingly. The completed document must then be submitted back to the portal; instructions included within the PQQ document detailing how to achieve this. Queries from bidders can also be raised within the portal by utilising the Q & A facility where they will be answered, allowing total transparency to all other participating bidders.
