The proposals requirements is inclusive of design options for the rearrangement of the reception area to improve safe working for Cumbria County Council staff. The commission has the following requirements: * Multi-disciplinary team of consultancy support, following the RIBA Plan of Work, undertaking RIBA stages 2 to 6 inclusive of; o Conecpt Design o Detailed Design o Project Delivery
