Warrington Borough Council, Facilities Cleaning and Catering Services manage a number of civic, office complex, operational depot and educational buildings across the borough. All of which are regularly cleaned with the educational building also operating catering. Warrington Borough Council (the Council) is seeking to establish a Framework for a comprehensive range of Cleaning, Janitorial and Catering Products and is inviting interest from organisations.
