Notice Description

The London Borough of Hillingdon is seeking suitably qualified contractors to undertake a review of the Council's evidence base documents that inform and support the adopted CIL Charging Schedule 2014. The output of this review will be:- * An update of the Viability Study 2014, including a series of recommendations of appropriate levy rates for all types of development that can viably absorb CIL. * An update of the Strategic Infrastructure Plan. Additional information: Please register/log in at www.capitalesourcing.com to view all tender information/documents**** Any questions about this procurement should be submitted in writing via the capitalEsourcing Portal www.capitalesourcing.com . This should be used for all queries and requests for clarification regarding the procurement as it provides an effective and auditable trail. The Authority will publish the questions and the response, in a suitably anonymous form, via the Messages tool on www.capitalesourcing.com to all Tenderers before the closing date for the submission of Tenders.
