Wycombe District Council invites Tenders for the provision of a sales and marketing agency for the disposal of 62 proposed affordable housing apartments, with associated car parking, to registered providers or those recipients of Homes and Communities Agency funding. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
