Deadline for Clarification Questions by the bidders - 12 noon on 29/10/2019 3. Deadline for Quotation Responses/ Submission - 04/11/2019 4. Quotation Evaluation - w/c 11/11/2019 5. Award Decision - w/c 18/11/2019 6. Proposed Contract Start Date - 25/11/2019 7. Duration of Contract - 31/01/2020/ sooner A one week extension on the original closing date (04/11/2019) has been granted to all bidders to allow them to properly cost and submit their tenders.
