Provision of 3 Spray booths including stripping out and reuse of existing facility components

Notice Description

The university has a requirement for three new spray booths in the Beacon Processing Lab in ITRC ground floor. There is an existing spray booth in the Wolfson building with a new extractor and the room is equipped for HVOF (gas and liquid fuelled) thermal spray, plasma spray, cold spray and suspension spray. This project requires reusing as many existing parts as possible and to move the large extractor to the new facility in ITRC building. This project is funded by Beacon monies. Additional information: Documentation regarding this tender can be obtained via the University of Nottingham InTend portal @ https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofnottingham/aspx/Home Potential suppliers must register on the portal in order to view the Invitation to Tender https://in-tendhost.co.uk/universityofnottingham/aspx/Registration Compliant bids: The completed tender document, along with ALL required documentation, must be submitted no later than the return date stated in 'Section: 5. Procurement timetable' via the In-Tend website using the section "upload documents to my return". Please do not send your return using the "correspondence" function of the website (non-compliant). https://www.in-tendhost.co.uk/Universityofnottingham/ Tenderers must submit their electronic copy such that it is viewable in either Microsoft Word or Excel. Please Note: Submissions of required Forms solely in PDF format will NOT be considered (excluding certificates, accounting/financial reports and signed policies). Please note that the In-Tend system will not permit receipt of files with attachments exceeding twenty (20) megabytes.
