Notice Description

Devon Clinical Commissioning Group have commissioned a Supplier to deliver a campaign which will : - * Raise awareness of the Devon Digital offering/ digital door for GP services - online, phone, video. * Raise awareness of benefits of using digital to: - Others - Yourself - The healthcare system * Increase digital use within patient cohort * Increase use of digital door services specifically during out of hours period (6pm-8am) The campaign will develop some targeted creative materials that addresses the two areas : 1. The need to remind people that to protect themselves, their family, and others they should (where they are able to) embrace digital services when trying to access their GP - just as they did during COVID. However, they will be seen if they need to be seen. The secondary message to this is around the advantages of using online services i.e. it can be done anytime, anyplace, from anywhere in the world. Patients can give a detailed description of their condition and it's completely private etc. 2. How you can help yourself or others to use the digital offering , for example; a) Digital buddies - friends and family. Ask a family member to show you/ help you or take it upon yourself to help/ show someone who could benefit and just needs a little support. b) Be smart - if you have decided you/ your child is unwell and you need to see the doctor, don't wait until 8 am. Do it at the point of appraising your condition, even if that's between 10 pm and 2 am. This is the smart thing to do. Audience The campaign will focus on: * Broad spectrum campaign The campaign will cover all of Devon's geographical area. Additional information: The contract value of this procurement is under the threshold that is subject to the full regime of current EU procurement legislation and governed by the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Therefore, the rules of this Regime do not apply.
