We are seeking to replace a number of stand alone services with a single integrated system, resulting in a more efficient and streamlined service that is based on the needs and preferences of service users and that targets high risk groups more effectively. The available budget for this service is a maximum of PS820,000 per year and the contract term will be for 3 years with the option of annual extensions for up to a further 2 years (3 + 1 + 1 years in total). Any extensions will be subject to satisfactory performance and available funding
